Popsworth — Privacy Policy

Popsworth does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data whatsoever. The app runs entirely on your device with no network connections, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, and no third-party SDKs. Your scores, achievements, and settings stay on your iPhone or iPad.

1. Information We Collect

None.

Popsworth does not collect any information from you. This includes:

No personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
No device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)
No location data
No usage analytics or behavioral data
No crash reports or diagnostics
No cookies, pixels, or tracking technologies
No health, financial, or biometric data

2. Data Storage

All game data — including your scores, leaderboards, achievements, settings, and play streaks — is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.

If you use the Popsworth home screen widget, game data is shared between the app and the widget using an App Group container. This sharing happens entirely on-device and does not involve any network transmission.

3. Network Usage

Popsworth makes zero network requests. The app does not connect to the internet for any purpose. It does not communicate with any servers, APIs, or cloud services. You can play Popsworth in airplane mode with full functionality.

4. Third-Party Services

Popsworth does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, frameworks, or libraries that collect data. There are no advertising networks, no analytics platforms, no social media SDKs, and no crash reporting tools.

5. Advertising

Popsworth contains no advertising of any kind. There are no banner ads, interstitial ads, rewarded video ads, or any other form of advertising in the app.

6. In-App Purchases

Popsworth does not offer any in-app purchases. All features and content are available at no additional cost.

7. Children's Privacy

Popsworth is safe for users of all ages. Since the app collects no data whatsoever, it is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as it applies to children, and similar regulations worldwide.

8. Data Deletion

Since no data is collected or stored remotely, there is no data to request deletion of. To remove all locally stored game data, you can either:

Use the "Reset All Data" option in the app's Settings screen
Delete the app from your device, which removes all associated data

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If this privacy policy is updated, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Given that the app collects no data, significant changes to this policy are unlikely.
